Open to all genders, all people of colour and the LGBTQ community, as well as people who identify as non-binary. 

As a registered nurse, I have found this practice to be one of the most healing modalities I have ever engaged in. It promotes opening and expansion of the airways from once shallow and restricted breathing patterns. It facilitates a fulfilling, connected and balanced life by moving through suffering, pain and tension to relaxation and ease.

Breathwork not only has the potential to expose suppressed adverse experiences and emotions but also resolve them through releasing the associated stored stress and tension trapped in the nervous system and subconscious mind.

Whatever it is you want in life or from life - it starts with YOU. The quality of your life is determined by the quality of the relationship you have with yourself. Breathwork helps bring our awareness to what's holding us back so you can step in to that deep sense of self belief and know without a shadow of a doubt you can achieve anything you set your mind to.

We will allow ourselves to just be, be in the moment free of judgement, shame and tension. We will release all doubts and worries, and surrender into your own divinity through this powerful breathwork technique.

This time you take for yourself is medicine.

You will take away: A self-care package including an expansion exercise, journal methods sheet and practice to integrate what came up for you throughout this experience.

What is breathwork?

This particular breathwork practise utilises a deep, open mouthed connected breath. This causes an influx of oxygen into our system, depleting levels of carbon dioxide. This altered state triggers a release of molecule DMT from our pineal gland.

DMT creates a bridge from the conscious mind to the subconscious allowing our parasympathetic nervous system to kick in and rest our mind completely.

Who is running the workshop?

Kaity is a registered nurse, breathwork practitioner and studying Neuro-linguistic Programming. She is passionate about creating safe, supportive and non-judgemental spaces for all to join in healing, deep transformation and creating a new depth of connection within themselves. I found breathwork at a huge crossroads in my life, I was working in the community as a registered nurse and knew there was another modality out there for me to share within communities to offer alternative healing. Breathwork helped me create a deeper connection to myself and invite acceptance, true self love, forgiveness and release energy that was no longer serving me. This greatly helped me move through PTSD, depression & anxiety.
