Join The founders of Bader Mike & Ryan for this Breathwork as they take us on a journey to connect us with our mind and body through breath.
Breathwork is an ancient technique used for healing & expansion while alternate states of awareness are created, where waves of emotion, thought or somatic sensation are able to roll through and release with the breath.
What to bring
• Something to lay on (yoga mat)
• Pillow
• blanket
• Water
• Wear comfortable clothes
