Standalone Breathwork can change how you feel and help regulate your nervous system, which allows you to be happier, calmer and more connected and can help you get to realisations and places of acceptance you struggle to get to with just words.
But with the right flow of exercises before and after, as well as a few small changes and exercises to carry into your day to day after the experience, this is, in my experience, where the true magic happens.
When I run a breathwork even I also utilise my extensive coaching experience to help you go deeper to tap into your psychology and give you a journey during and support after which can really be a catalyst for lasting energy and change in your life that you may not get from your usual breath class.
