The day starts in a beautiful circle followed by breathwork and rhythms, and ends with relaxing Saunum sauna experience. There is a pool and cold plunge to enjoy and some fruits afterwards. The peaceful surroundings in the middle of the forest in Tamborine add a special radiance to the day.

Breathwork facilitator Ann Vosu and drummer/educator Helena Victoria Kirss are creating special events and one by one sessions together and individually.
Their events are always filled with joy, courage and playfulness, leaving you with a discovery, clarity or simply a charge of joy within yourself.
