BREATHWORK WITH RHYTHMS AND SAUNUM SAUNA ♡

The day starts in a beautiful circle with breathwork and drum beats and ends with Saunum sauna experience. There is also a pool and ice bath to enjoy and some fruits afterwards. The beautiful surroundings in the middle of the forest in Tamborine add a special radiance to the day.

☆ FACILITATORS:
Breathwork facilitator Ann Vosu and drummer/educator Helena Victoria Kirss are creating special events and one by one sessions together and individually.
Their events are always filled with joy, courage and playfulness, leaving you with a discovery, clarity or simply a charge of joy within yourself.
