Join industry leader Performance and Wellness Coach, Rory Warnock in the Mode Pilates studios for a 1 hour Breathwork experience like no other. Using a specifically curated music and evidence-based breathing techniques to directly tap into physiology and psychology. The overall experience consisted of three breathwork techniques. The session begins with an awareness practice to allow the participants to arrive in the space. The session then flows into a functional breathing practice to improve the physical body by learning and practicing how to enhance lung volume, diaphragm function, increase parasympathetic activity and much more. The final practice is what Rory calls ‘A & P Breathing’. A & P is an active and passive breathing technique to improve mental clarity. Participants will report feeling clear, calm, balanced, present, joyful, strong and euphoric. Rory has spent over five years curating and fine-tuning this practice to ensure it’s purpose-driven with a holistic approach focusing on brain and body optimisation.

About Rory

Specialising in breathwork and nervous system regulation to improve mental health, wellbeing and daily optimisation. In 2017, Rory was diagnosed with anxiety and depression, and prescribed SSRIs. Whilst searching for holistic modalities to improve his health he discovered breathwork. The effects were immediate and so apparent, he decided to leave his career in FMCG sales to pursue a life of helping people feel happier and healthier through evidence-based breathwork.

Rory works with clients and patients in 6 key areas; workplace, medical, sport, education, community and charity. A few clients include Google, Amazon, Canva, ASX, Ashurst, Uber, OMD, Mirvac, Special Group, Cognizant, Energy Australia, LinkedIn, BCG, BUPA, Coles, Fishbowl, TedX, along with professional athletes including Sydney Swans, Olympians and Paralympians. He's been featured in GQ, Vogue, Sydney Morning Herald, Qantas Insider, Australian Woman’s Weekly, Vice and Broadsheet, and you can practice breathwork with him on apps such as OPEN and The Pilates Class. Alongside his role as a coach, he works with a number of brands such as Lululemon, Apple, and Technogym as an ambassador, partner, consultant and educator.

As an athlete, Rory has competed in a number of international races including Ultra-Trail Australia 50km & 100km and The Atacama Crossing Chile 250km.
