We are inviting you and your partner to come along and learn some new breathwork techniques to help you connect more deeply together. We believe that the more awareness we bring to our breath and inner landscape, the more connected we become to our bodies, the deeper we can then connect with others. The intention of this workshop is to provide you with an opportunity to connect firstly to yourself through a gentle guided conscious connected breathwork practice, focusing on releasing tension in the body and noticing the felt sensations that arise throughout. Once relaxed and settled into yourself we will move on to different partner breathwork practices with the support of various instruments such as crystal bowls, chimes, gong.

The workshop focuses primarily on deepening your connection with your partner through your breath, touch and sound. There will be opportunity for sharing between you and your partner throughout the session. You will be able to take what you learn from this workshop into a regular practice with your partner, to continue to deeper connection with each other.

We would like to name that this event is simply a workshop offering different connection activities with your lover through breathwork with supportive touch and sound. This workshop is LGBTQI + friendly and we encourage the participation of queer couples as well as heterosexual. The content journeys through explorations of masculine and feminine within the couple dynamic however it is not bound to gender stereotypes or heterosexuality. We intend to create a loving and safe environment for gender diverse people
