Join us for a cosy night of deep relaxation and reconnection, with our Breathwork, Yin and Sound Journey.

Step into a space where you’re free to simply be, to breathe deeply, move gently, and release what no longer serves you. To reconnect with yourself and cultivate a deeper sense of peace and clarity.

Surrender into stillness as Steph leads you through a deeply restorative Yin Yoga practice before we move into a powerful, yet gentle Breathwork Journey guided by Zac.

Zac will then guide you through a visualisation, connecting with your highest self, while you bath in a beautiful sound healing by Steph.

Yin yoga is a relaxed slower paced style of yoga, where we will hold poses for 2- 4 minutes. These poses target your connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments and joints. It’s a slow and meditative practice, giving you space to turn inwards into your mind and the physical sensations. This deep self- awareness can lead to a greater sense of inner peace, clarity, release emotional blockages and cultivate self love.

What to bring:

Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, journal and pen
