Join us in the Sunshine Coast in a community breathwork journey for a completely new experience of connecting with your inner power through the breath.

This session is by donation, but booking is a must. Donation is voluntary, so please bring some cash and put in the box as you walk in.

This is a gentle, yet informative and educational session for everyone, where you will not just experience the power of your own breath, you will learn tools and techniques you can take home to increase your wellbeing, release stress and manage overwhelming situation.

Breathwork is gentle but deep and profound. We also have sound healing and gentle movement to connect with your body.

We are also building community and connecting people. Most attendees become regulars and make this session part of their Sunday's routine. After the session we go for breakfast at the local cafe Gun Cotton, where we connect, make friendships and share our experiences.

About your host:

Cristian Trujillo

Cristian is a mindfulness coach and business mentor, he was born in Chile and moved to Australia 15 years ago. Over the years he has walked many paths that allowed him to accumulate a wide variety of experience.

In his work as a facilitator he brings together his experience as a Yoga Teacher, Reiki Healer, Breathwork facilitator and Certified Coach. He also incorporates the principles he has practised as an Engineer, Videographer, Entrepreneur, Lecturer and Business Mentor.

Cristian is based in the Sunshine Coast and is the founder of Yandina Yoga and Breathwork, where he shares the practices of Yoga and Breathwork with people who would like to get started in these practices. Cristian runs workshops, retreats and speaking engagement across Australia and Overseas.
