Event description
We are hosting another of our very popular Beer and History events, but this time including an Indian Feast complements of Chingaari Indian Restaurant in Buderim.
In his incredible engaging and charismatic style, Peter Lawrence will be discussing events surrounding Indian Independence and specifically Ghandi's Salt Marches and no doubt we will be talking about the Colonial influence that gave rise to the high alcohol and highly bitter beers which became known as Indian Pale Ale ......
Naturally there will be at least one IPA on the dedicated tap for the event ...... did I mention high alcohol....
Indian Independence Day is actually on Monday 12 August, however, we are celebrating early.
Ticket price includes beer and history plus samosa entree and a smorgasbord feast of three curries (one vegetarian), rice, naan, pappadums, chutneys and side dishes all prepared by the local Family-Owned restaurant, Chingaari
