We are celebrating our local producers and suppliers with Stefano and Sarah winemakers from Nuova Scuola Wines; Beth cheese aficionado-extraordinaire with WoombyeCheese and Kristina sourdough Queen with Silver Tongue Foods.

Sarah and Stefano are growers and winemakers in Moffatdale, South Burnett – just two hours north west of us. Both Sarah and Stefano draw from worldwide experience and Stefano’s Italian heritage to produce magnificent wines using European varietals best suited to the climate and terroir of the South Burnett, and using some non-traditional methods. The results(and medal recognition) speak for themselves.
They will be presenting a guided tasting of six wines from their range, including a sparkling, two whites, two reds and a fortified. Enjoy and they will have deals for any home delivery orders.

Beth O’Leary, owner of Woombye Cheese and self-confessed passionate cheese-lover, will be presenting their full range of six multi award-winning cheeses. This includes Triple Cream Brie, the Washed Rind, Camembert, Ash Brie,Truffle Triple Cream Brie and Vintage Cheddar– all produced only 16km from here!
Beth will also be offering some special take-home cooler bags filled with four cheeses for$50.

Specialty sourdough crackers from locals, Kristina and Andy of Silver Tongue Foods have quite a story behind them. Kristina and Andy are kicking some big goals with their unique product and you get to sample it today. We will also crack open a few packs of the special beer crackers the Silver Tongue team have created with the spent rye mash from the brewing of our Noosa Ruby Sunset Ale. Kristina will have some of her delicious preserves to accompany the cheese and wine on offer and will feature four of their specialty crackers – Celery Salt, Sweet Pink Peppercorn, Smoked Sea Salt and Natural Sea Salt. Word has it there may be some other one-off sourdough goodies to buy on the night too.

The Brewers Table Event wouldn’t be complete without a special release beer by Sunshine Brewery - this one will be the new European Pilsner at the dedicated event tap.
