Padre Coffee Brewing Workshop: Aeropress

Since its invention in 2005 (by the maker of the Aerobie flying disc!), the Aeropress has quickly become one of the most popular alternative brewing methods. There's even an esteemed worldwide Aeropress brewing championship.

Popular with people camping or travelling because of its durable, lightweight, compact design - this brew method is also a welcome addition to any coffee set up because of its delightful cup profile.

Whether you already brew coffee with this method and are looking for some tips, are looking at a potential new way to brew coffee at home or are just keen to learn more about coffee and sample a different type of brew method, we invite you to join us in this workshop. One of our expert baristas will break this method down for you, demonstrate how to brew it and let you taste the results.

Although this is a free event, numbers will be capped at 10 to ensure there is enough coffee to go around. Be sure to secure your spot as we will be unable to allow walk-ins on the day.

Learn the principles of this brew method through an explanation and demonstration
Time with one of our knowledgable baristas to answer your brewing questions
Sample some delicious Aeropress coffee!
