Padre Coffee Brewing Workshop: V60

Whether you're thinking to get into filter brewing, looking for tips to level up your pourover brewing game or just keen to see what Padre workshops are about and learn a bit more about specialty coffee, this is the workshop for you. Join us as one of our knowledgable baristas explains and demonstrates the V60 brewing method, and sample the results.

Pourover is often considered to be the gold standard of manual filter brewing, and is valued for the way it allows the delicate origin characteristics and flavour profile of coffees shine. Pourover is an extremely delicate way of brewing coffee and results in a light-bodied, complex cup with a lot of clarity.

While V60 is our go-to pourover vessel, many of the principles learned here will apply to most other pourover methods. No matter what your experience level, all are welcome here.

Although this is a free event, numbers will be capped at 6 to ensure there is enough coffee to go around. Be sure to secure your spot as we will be unable to allow walk-ins on the day.
