Our Bribie Island Conscious Breathwork Circle is a gentle, guided experience designed to support your nervous system, help release stored stress and emotions, and create space for greater presence and inner peace.

Through conscious breath and carefully selected music you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative experience where your body can soften, your mind can quieten and your nervous system can begin to regulate.
