Bribie Island Conscious Breathwork Circle 🤍

Life can get busy. We spend so much time thinking, doing, caring for others and holding everything together that we can forget what it feels like to simply stop, breathe and be present with ourselves.

This Conscious Breathwork Circle is an opportunity to step away from the noise and give yourself the space to slow down, reconnect with your body and gently release some of what you’ve been carrying.

We’ll begin our evening together with a beautiful cacao ceremony, creating an intentional moment to slow down, arrive in the space and connect with yourself before moving into our breathwork journey.

You’ll then be guided through conscious connected breathing in a warm, nurturing and supportive environment, allowing you the space to turn your attention inward and simply be with yourself.

Every breathwork experience is different. You may experience deep relaxation, emotion, new awareness or clarity or simply the beautiful feeling of finally allowing your mind and body to soften.

This circle may be especially supportive if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stretched, stuck in your head, constantly “on”, disconnected from yourself or simply ready to give something back to you.

There is nothing you need to achieve and no right or wrong way to experience the evening.

Just come as you are. 🤍

Whether this is your first experience with breathwork or you’ve joined me before, you are so warmly welcome.

Give yourself permission to put everything else down for an evening.

Pause. Breathe. Release. Reconnect.
