Event description

This event has been organised specifically for out-of-home care-experienced people.

Student burnout is real. Let's talk about it - with LEGO 🔨

Studying at uni and TAFE can be A LOT. With assignments, work, life stuff - it all adds up. Join us to explore burnout, boundaries and what helps you stay balanced with LEGO Serious Play (yes, actual LEGO!)

  • Discover how to identify and avoid burnout (spoiler, it's not always clear cut!)

  • Learn how to set boundaries that work for you, and understand your support system

  • Build in time for the activities that bring you joy

It's free, it's fun, and it's all about finding study/life balance your way. Come and build with us!

Registrations close Friday, June 20 at 11.59pm

Please note: Out-of-home care refers to kinship care, foster care, permanent care, residential care, adoption, and lead tenant arrangements. Please only register if you have experienced any of these forms of care OR if you are supporting someone on the day who has a care experience.

  • We require all people attending to register for this event to account for catering and safety requirements 🙂

  • All staff working on the day have a Working With Children's Check

  • If you need support getting to the event on the day or have further questions, please reach out to hello@raisingexpectations.com.au
