We all know how to communicate, right?
Well actually I beg to differ – we are taught how to ‘speak’ while growing up however real communication is an art that we are rarely taught properly!

Which means, too many of us subconsciously react and respond from our belief systems and trauma responses… ending in situations where we feel misheard, unseen, unloved or undervalued.

It’s ok – there is nothing wrong with you, because you just didn’t know any better. And when we are not doing ‘the work’ (aka building deeper awareness) these situations will continue to run in a viscous cycle.

But the good news is, you get to learn from these situations and bring awareness to your own unhealthy patterns.
