Bright Barrel Monster-class

We are thrilled to invite you to the launch of the next double release of Le Monstres Du Chateau. Designed in collaboration between Bright Brewery and Carwyn Cellars!

Le Monstres Du Chateau is a project showcasing the true expression of barrel aging through 6 different and distinct barrels sourced a world away from Bright, VIC. The barrels chosen for this project once held delicious, but lesser known libations of historical significance, primarily of European influence.

After the first 2 Monsters were simultaneously released in 2023, we’re pumped to finally release #3 (Madeira) & #4 (Caribbean Rum) of these silky and rich Imperial Stouts!

We’ll be officially launching these new iterations of Le Monstres Du Chateau on Saturday 24th of August at Carwyn Cellars!

On launch day, we’ll be hosting a Barrel Monsterclass at midday, diving into the depths of these barrels with a matched boilermaker. The tasting will be lead by Lewis Kerr, Head-Brewer of Bright Brewery!

We’ve priced the tickets very sharply at $35 (+BF) each and they include:

• Welcome drink
• 4x 100ml Tasters of all 4 BA Collab Imperial Stouts (2 from our cellar, and the 2 new releases)
• 4x 10ml of a spirit, liquor or fortified wine matched with the beer
• Guided tasting by Bright’s Head Brewer Lewis Kerr
