Bright x Starward: APEX Collab Launch Boilermaker Dinner

We’re bringing the best of the city and the mountains together for a one-of-a-kind collaboration dinner. We’ve teamed up with the urban whisky innovators at Starward Distillery and the alpine legends at Bright Brewery to celebrate the launch of their massive new collaboration: APEX Whisky Barrel Aged Imperial Amber Ale. Join us as we explore the synergy between Victorian craft distilling, high-country brewing and food pairing.

Who:

Bright Brewery has been a beacon of independence in Victoria's High Country since 2005. Brewing in the heart of Bright with pristine mountain water and locally sourced hops, they are defined by their "Mountain Crafted" ethos, celebrating the untouched beauty and adventurous spirit of the Alpine region.

Starward Distillery is a powerhouse of the Australian whisky scene, born in Port Melbourne. Famous for their unique ageing process due to Melbourne's classic four-seasons-in-a-day weather, they utilise local Australian red wine barrels to create whiskies that are bold, approachable, and distinctly Melbourne.

The Dinner:

For $129 per person (plus booking fee), you will experience a curated 3-course menu designed specifically to highlight the interplay between beer, whisky and food.

The evening features a guided tasting flight structure: 3 premium Starward whiskies and 4 exceptional Bright Brewery beers (including the new 'APEX' BA Imperial Amber Ale). This is a rare opportunity to taste the collaboration beer alongside the makers. With only 20 seats available, this intimate evening is set to be a highlight of our winter calendar.
