Event description

Workshop Description:
This workshop/talk explores ways to deal with isolation by focusing on the small things that bring joy and connection to our lives. Participants will learn practical strategies guided by the principles of Appreciative Inquiry, a model that focuses on identifying strengths and positive experiences to inspire change and growth. This approach encourages participants to reflect on what is working well in their lives and use these insights to create positive, lasting shifts in their mindset and actions.
