Brimbank Community Music Jam

You are warmly invited by Community Music Victoria to a Local Action Gathering to Grow Community Music in Melton. This will be a friendly and ideas focused gathering of people who live, work and play in Melton and are interested in being a part of growing community music in their local community.

This Local Action Gathering will be an opportunity to strengthen local connections, identify resources and opportunities and dream up and strategize some ideas together. By pooling our collective knowledge, passion, ideas, skills and resources we will co-create a small achievable project, initiative, intervention or event to be delivered by locals with support from Community Music Victoria and Melton City Council.

We are inviting anyone with a passion for participatory community music, band leaders, Council staff, singers, community health workers, choir directors, music therapists, music teachers, venue owners, traders associations, cultural community representatives, neighbourhood and house representatives or just anyone with a passion for music participation. This gathering will be hosted and facilitated by Community Music Victoria with partnership support from Melton City Council.
