Get inspired at Brimbank's Teachers' Environment Network (TEN) professional development event. Learn about Albion Primary School's fantastic sustainability journey and network with other teachers and early learning centre staff.
Albion Primary School has incorporated numerous sustainability initiatives into their school. Students have set up Recycle Hubs, created a bottle cap mural, setup gardens and bee hotels, conducted sustainability audits, participated in many litter cleanup events and so much more. Albion Primary school signed up for ResourceSmart Schools in 2019 and in 2024 they achieved the coveted 5-star status in the ResourceSmart School Awards. They were also finalists in the 2022 Emerging School of the Year in the ResourceSmart Sustainability Victoria Awards.

This event is open to teachers and staff who work at schools and early learning centres from all council areas.
This venue is wheelchair accessible. Photos and video will be taken at this event, but there is an option to opt out on the day.
This event is proudly presented by Brimbank City Council on the Country of the Wurundjeri and Boon Wurung peoples of the Kulin nation. Brimbank City Council pays our respect to Elders past, present and emerging and acknowledges that First Nations peoples have cared for Country sustainably for tens of thousands of years.
