Brimbank Traffic School - Private Party Booking

Brimbank Traffic School Party slots are available each Saturday and Sunday with an AM and PM slot available on each day.

AM party slot = 10:30am-1:30pm

PM party slot = 2:00pm-5:00pm

Each 3 hour party slot allows for 2 hours of party time with 30 mins before to set up and 30 mins after to pack up. 

(If you require additional time for your party, you may wish to book both the AM and PM party slots on a single day - subject to availability)

What do you get?

• 1 x Party Supervisor (please note this person is not a trainer or entertainer)
• 2 hours of exclusive track use (each child should bring their own bike and helmet)
• Exclusive use of the undercover party area including tables, chairs and easy-clean tablecloths
  
• Access to the kitchen including:
  
  • fridge and freezer
    
  • oven (for reheating only)
    
• Access to bathrooms (including an accessible bathroom with baby change table)

The cost per party slot is $385 for a maximum of 30 children (2-11 years of age)**

Optional Extras

• $22 - BBQ hire(includes gas bottle, utensils and cleaning kit)
• $11 per rider - Bike and Helmet hire (for children who aren't able to bring their own)
• $33 - Re-usable Picnicware for 30 attendees - See flyer
  • multiple sets available - includes cups, plates, bowls, cutlery + cake knife and cake server

Please note: 

• Brimbank Traffic School parties are BYO catering, drinks, and decorations
• The Green Gully Soccer Club (next door) offer catering services including platters for adults and children.

• Smoking and alcohol are NOT PERMITTED on the Brimbank Traffic School premises
• Children can ride bikes and scooters on the track but NO E-Bikes are permitted

4. Select your desired date and AM or PM Party slot (subject to availability)
5. Use the payment function within Humanitix to pay for your party in full and secure your party slot
6. During checkout you can indicate if you wish to hire a BBQ or Picnicware kit - you can pay for these on the day of your party
