Join Expressive Arts Therapist Isha Bae for a powerful journey of unlocking your creative intuition and connecting with a community of like-minded souls.

Through a gentle, immersive process of grounding meditations, healing sounds, and energy-channelling, we will shift into Alpha-Theta brain-wave states. In this deeply relaxed and open space, you will access intuitive inner visions inspired by our unique, monthly healing theme.

Using these insights as a creative prompt, Isha will guide you to translate your inner experiences into your own unique work of art.

At the end of the session, the group will be invited to share their creations. Sharing is completely optional, but it creates a truly fascinating collective journey, exploring how different perspectives/frequencies respond to the very same theme.

What to Bring

There is absolutely no experience required, and you don't need any fancy supplies!

Bring whatever art materials you have on hand. Feel free to keep it simple or explore deeply with:

The Basics: Pen, pencils, and paper
Color & Texture: Crayons, pastels, watercolours, or oil paints
3D & Mixed Media: Clay, modelling materials, or collage elements
Digital Mediums: Photography, video making, or digital art apps 😊
