πͺ Reigniting the Voices of our Sacred Elders
Description
πͺ Arau and welcome to the Sacred Gathering of Elders on Kabi Kabi Dha'gΕ«n Country. πͺ
π In celebration of the leadup to the Hunters Moon at the end of October, we invite all Original Bloodlines across Australia, our allies and all who believe in First in Time Lore, to gather together as One Mob in common unity.
β¨ We are living The New Dreaming. β¨
πͺ BRING OUR ELDERS TOGETHER πͺ
REIGNITE DHΕͺR I REIGNITE THE VOICES OF OUR ELDERS I RECLAIM OUR LORE
Colonisation turned our old culture sideways. But our Elders still hold the DhΕ«r. They still hold control of our communities. Now it is time to bring them together β from across this continent called Australia β for the business that is left to be done.
ποΈ We are gathering at Kabi Kabi - Kenilworth at the invitation of Elders and Auntie Bucky. πΏ
π Our Elders will lead. Our younger generation will sit and learn. This is how we straighten our culture - gathering in Yuni-Sun, carrying our Lore forward. π¨π¦π¦
π§ Bloodline that belongs to the songlines of many rivers.
π WHY WE NEED YOUR HELP
Many of our Old Ones cannot afford to travel. We need to cover flights, fuel, transport, accommodation, and care for our Elders on Country.
π§ Where your support goes:
π± Travel costs for Elders from remote and urban communities
π Food, medicine, and safe accommodation
π On-ground support so our Old Ones can focus on the business at hand
Our promise: Every dollar goes to bringing our Lore-keepers together. No bureaucracy. No outside control. Just us, for us.
πͺ This is our determination in action. πͺ

πΏ HOW YOU CAN HELP
πͺ Attend the gathering - register your place at Get tickets
π Donate - even a small contribution helps an Elder travel
π€ Volunteer β we need willing hands on Country
π For the Elders. πΏ For the young. πͺ For the Lore.
