Team size is 6 maximum to make it fair on everyone, such as smaller teams of 2. You will have to play as two smaller teams but we will ensure your tables are next to each other.

Let us know in the booking notes if you are bringing more than one team so we can organise these tables in advance of your arrival.

Yes! We use large venues which can accommodate all buggies, and we do not use upstairs function rooms or venues with more than the odd step. We understand that for many reasons people may not be able to wear a sling or lift a buggy upstairs.

Our host, Anthony, will help with buggies if needed.

Anthony moves tables around before our customers arrive so that buggies can be accommodated around tables as comfortably as possible.

Please leave a note in the booking notes to let us know if you are bringing twin+ buggies or a mobility aid (such as a wheelchair or scooter), so we can make sure we make your visit as easy as possible.

We understand that the parent or guardian will want to keep sleeping babies close to their table in baby carriers (including, for example: prams, buggies or car seats). However if babies are awake we reserve the right to ask the parent or guardian to move their baby carrier into a designated area of the venue to meet health and safety requirements (such as clear access to fire exits and clear walkways).

Yes! Just make sure you bring toys to entertain them. Please add a note in the booking notes as to how many extra chairs you would need at your table for them.

Yes! As long as there is at least one child on your team, you are welcome to make up your team with friends, parents, grandparents, neighbours or whoever! This is particularly useful on Bank Holidays :)

Leaving us a note in the booking notes is really helpful in making sure we get things right for you and that we are as inclusive as possible.

Examples might be:

- you need more room for a wheelchair or mobility scooter and to have easy access to the disabled toilet/baby change.

- you are hearing-impaired and would like to ensure the host stands close enough to you to be able to lip-read or hear better.

- your Autistic child does not like crowded environments and you would like your table to be at the edge of the room (as much as is possible).

These are only examples, so please do add your own!

Yup! Anthony makes sure these are clean for your arrival.

Please be aware the quantity varies from venue to venue, and please also be willing to pass highchairs onto others when you are finished with it or not yet using it. No-one likes a highchair-hogger!

Most certainly. Not only that, but at most venues we also bring our mobile baby change with luxury 'Gilded Bird' change mats and sanitary products, meaning you don't ned to miss any questions while changing baby.

We host the quiz, but we don't work for the venue, so please ensure you make your requirements clear when you order food.

Refunds or requests to move to a future event or date must be requested within 24 hours of the event commencing so that we can try to refill the space in adequate time.
