Absolutely! This course is designed for:
Complete beginners
People who have read or dabbled in mindfulness
Experienced practitioners wanting to refresh or deepen their practice
Everyone is welcome, and the course will meet you where you are.
Do I need to attend all four workshops?
Attending all four workshops is ideal for the best experience.
Three workshops minimum qualifies you for a Certificate of Completion.
The first workshops is the most important as it sets the foundation.
If you can’t attend the first workshop, please contact Sharn in advance.
Workshops are Mondays 7–9pm Fortnightly [8 & 22 September and 6 & 20 October]
What do I need to bring?
Everything you need is provided. Simply bring:
Computer, laptop or tablet with microphone, camera and internet connection.
Your course handbook
A pen and notebook (or the paper provided)
A water bottle
An open heart and open mind
Is the program religious?
No, the course is entirely secular.
Sharn’s teaching draws from:
20+ years of personal practice and traditional study
Guidance from Thich Nhat Hanh, the Dalai Lama, and Mingyur Rinpoche

The program is designed for adults.
Young people 16+ are welcome and often benefit greatly, preferably attending with a parent or older companion.
