A gentle and supportive 4 week program designed to build on your strengths as a parent or carer.
This supportive program invites you to:
Reflect on your parenting style and explore ways to make it even more positive and nurturing
Better understand your child’s needs and behaviours in a way that fosters connection, empathy and patience
Gently work through parenting challenges with confidence and care
Learn simple strategies to support your own wellbeing
Starts Thursday Sept 3 and runs Thursdays 1:30pm - 3:00pm weekly for 4 weeks.
