The Bringing Up Great Kids - First 1000 Days program is designed to support you on your parenting journey. The first 1000 days of your child's life, from conception to two years, are crucial for their development, and we want to help you make the most of this time.
Our program focuses on building positive relationships and interactions between you and your baby/child, as well as between you and your partner. We believe that by promoting healthy communication and nurturing parenting styles, we can support you to grow your confidence in your role as a dad.
Through our program, you will have the opportunity to explore your parenting style, learn effective communication strategies that positively impact your family, overcome any obstacles you may be facing in your parenting journey, and practice self-care to support your mental and emotional well-being. You will also get to connect with other dads and parents to build friendships and a support network.
