This program is being being delivered as a partnership between Anglicare WA & Midvale Hub Parenting Service Perth North East, and is available to parents and carers of children who reside in the local government areas of Mundaring, Swan, Bassendean or Bayswater.

This 6 session program focuses on promoting and supporting respect, caring and nurturing relationships between parent/carers and their adolescent.

We will explore more about:

Understanding what is going on in the adolescent brain in the context of behaviour
Strengthening capacity as parents, to reflect on our role in supporting our adolescent to forge their own identity and path to navigate the crucial space of both holding on and letting go during the adolescent years
Finding meaningful ways to stay connected with your adolescent
