Brisbane Basket Brigade - Corporate Day 2023

Register here for your corporate or workplace team to attend the Brisbane Basket Brigade's Annual Corporate Packing Day on Friday, 8 December 2023.
This year's Packing Event will be held at St Paul's School at Bald Hills in the Walker Centre (number 67/68 on the SPS campus map) with parking available on the campus and just a short walk to the venue.
We have 2 sessions available on Friday 8 December:
- Morning session: 9:00am to 12:00pm
- Afternoon session: 1:00pm to 4:00pm
A $35 fee per person per shift applies to help raise vital funds for additional food, gifts and administration fees that go hand in hand in making our packing weekend a success.
Each session will include a sign in, welcome speech, and safety instructions.
Some of the activities our corporate and workplace teams will undertake may include:
- Unloading Vehicles bringing gifts and bulk food from storage units
- Sorting gifts according to predetermined gender/age allocations
- Sorting food according to best packing order
- Receiving Basket Buddies bags
- Setting up tables for Gift and Food lines
- Setting up tables and chairs for Wrapping and allocating wrapping paper, tape etc.
- Packing Food Bags
- Wrapping Gifts
The experience provides a fun and festive team building activity, while making a difference to the lives of others in our very own community. It’s certainly no small task to get started on our packing weekend and to make a big headway on our packing weekend tasks.
