Many of us wish we were “more confident”, and it can feel like a very intangible and sometimes impossible goal to achieve.

But confidence is a state, not a destination, and cultivating it is an act of practising the very things that we don’t feel confident enough to do.

In this session, Amy will help you shift your mindset around what confidence is for you, and to develop your toolkit of strategies to access confidence in the moments you most need it.

This intimate networking event will allow you the opportunity to genuinely connect with other women in the room.

Amy Jackson, B. Psych (Hons I), PCC, is the owner of Nurturing Confidence, a leadership coaching practise supporting mid-level managers and business owners to develop their mindset, thinking and communication skills so they can step up and lead the most challenging work in front of them, with less stress and more confidence. Amy has been coaching since 2007, is certified with the International Coaching Federation and her expertise includes leadership, conversational intelligence, team coaching, mindfulness practise and strengths-based development. Her clients include Queensland and Federal Government Departments, Universities and private enterprises and individuals across industries.
