If decisions, approvals, and risk consistently return to you, it is rarely accidental. It is often a function of how leadership has evolved.

The behaviours that built your organisation decisiveness, expertise, and responsibility are often the same behaviours that quietly create dependency. Over time, authority concentrates at the top. Pace slows. Independent thinking reduces. Scale becomes harder than it needs to be, even when your team is capable.

What got you here, may not get you there.

This is not about capability theory.

It's a conversation about decision flow.

Whether you are a CEO or Senior Leader, this session will resonate if you recognise yourself in any of the following:

Decisions still funnel back to you
Your team is capable but still hesitant
You have become the approval hub
You want autonomy without losing control
You want leadership to scale beyond you

In this highly practical keynote, Charlotte Rimmer, Founder and Managing Director of Aide de MD draws on proprietary leadership frameworks she has developed, her 20 years advising CEOs and Boards, and her ongoing AICD governance training to examine the structural and behavioural drivers behind the CEO bottleneck.

You will identify the patterns that cause work to escalate unnecessarily and leave with clear guardrails, language, and decision filters you can implement immediately. These shifts increase pace and confidence, while creating leaders who think clearly, decide with confidence, and escalate less often.

If you are ready to build leadership beyond yourself, this session is designed for you.

The March Keynote will be expertly facilitated by:
