So often our workshop design falls to the ‘default’ instead of being grounded in intentional design.

There is no default learner.

When we design for the middle, we unintentionally exclude those at the margins. And when some voices are not heard, everyone loses.

This workshop will help you embed inclusivity into your design practice in a practical and realistic way. You will learn how to make intentional design decisions that lead to stronger engagement, broader participation, and better learning outcomes.

Participants say:

Learn with me. Participants from past workshops have found real value, and I would love for you to do the same!

"I can't believe it is nearly a week since our amazing workshop with you - it will stay with me, wriggling into my head and heart. Thank you for your time, your wisdom and gracious way of challenging. Just imagine what the world would be like if we all used your P.O.W.E.R. tools "

"Shaheen is a master facilitator. She is so knowledgable and has a way of sharing expertise whilst eliciting the collective knowledge at the same time which is so powerful."

"I thought Shaheen's depth of knowledge was excellent, providing great examples and stories to bolster the learning. The calm approach was lovely and I took away many things to think about and action. Amazing session!"
