This masterclass is for trainers and facilitators who want to run more inclusive
workshops and have better learner outcomes.

And when people do not feel safe or included, learning and participation can

In this half-day, hands-on workshop you’ll discover where inclusion falls short, why it happens in the first place, and what to do about it. We’ll examine the subtle, frequently unconscious barriers that can make some participants feel unheard, hesitant, or disconnected.

You will leave with practical strategies you can start using straight away to design workshops that increase participation, strengthen psychological safety, and improve learner outcomes.

• Learn the POWER framework as a practical way to think about equity in facilitation

All participants also receive a 20 minute coaching session to focus specifically on your learning context and challenges.

So often our workshop design falls to the ‘default’ instead of being grounded in intentional design.

There is no default learner.

When we design for the middle, we unintentionally exclude those at the margins. And when some voices are not heard, everyone loses.

This workshop will help you embed inclusivity into your design practice in a practical and realistic way. You will learn how to make intentional design decisions that lead to stronger engagement, broader participation, and better learning outcomes.
