Join a special NAIDOC week screening of NAGANA YARRBAYN: THE WATER PROTECTORS A short documentary by Wangan and Jagalingou Cultural Custodians

Nagana Yarrbayn: The Water Protectors follows Senior Cultural Custodian Adrian Burragubba from the sacred Doongmabulla Springs to the courtroom, the community, and the national stage—documenting the Wangan and Jagalingou (W&J) fight to protect their ancestral waters from destruction by Adani's Carmichael mine.

Produced by Kim Paul Nguyen (Frontiers Media) in collaboration with W&J Nagana Yarrbayn Cultural Custodians, the film captures both the beauty of these ancient springs and the determination of the custodians to fulfil their sacred obligation under First Law to protect them.

Adrian Burragubba will speak following the screening about what's at stake - for Country, for cultural rights, and for all of us.

SPECIAL RAFFLE: If you make a donation of $50 or more on top of your ticket price you will also go into the drawer to win an original painting by Adrian Burragubba - here's a picture!

Protect sacred water. Protect human rights. Protect Country.

We don't want cost to be a barrier for anyone to see the film, so email us for a FREE ticket: wandjcustodians@gmail.com

All proceeds will be used for our legal fighting fund to protect Doongmabulla Springs.
