Sophie and Vinay will discuss the “Inquiry into the provision and regulation of Supported Accommodation in Queensland.” They will outline how the inquiry came about and discuss QAI’s role in supporting residents to share their stories. They will describe some of the key challenges with supported accommodation and will outline the need for reform that will advance the full deinstitutionalisation of people with disability.
