Brisbane Neurodivergence and Psychosocial Hazards in the Workplace Training
Description
Why this workshop matters
Creating a neuroinclusive workplace is about more than diversity and inclusion. It is about creating workplaces where people can work safely, contribute their strengths and thrive.
This practical workshop brings together neurodivergence and psychosocial hazards to explore how workplace environments, systems, expectations and ways of working can create barriers and increase risk for neurodivergent employees.
Designed for HR, People & Culture, WHS, leaders and workplace inclusion professionals, the workshop combines lived experience, practical activities and workplace examples to help participants identify risks and take meaningful action.
