Join us for the Brisbane Strengths Network event Thursday August 15th at 4:30pm!
We have Gallup’s L&D Senior Consultant, Marie-Lou Almedia presenting on how to adapt to hybrid with strategies for success in modern work. She’s been working for Gallup for over 25 years helping organisations worldwide in creating a winning culture that attracts and retains the best talent as they impact the world positively. This session will explore how we can leverage our strengths to adapt to hybrid work and maximise our potential.
Next, we’ll welcome our special guest Tracey Lake, CPO of Great Southern Bank to hear about how they built engagement and strengths over years, in which created a workplace that thrives. This ultimately led them to receiving the prestigious Gallup Global Exceptional Award this year!
Presentations will run until 6:15pm, followed by tasty nibbles and beverages on us! A great night to connect local businesses and people development leaders for us all to share our knowledge and experiences.
