A rare opportunity to Breathe & BE.

A monthly women's circle to pause and connect with self and others. Each circle is different with offerings such as mindfulness, meditation, authentic relating, breathwork, attitude expansion, cacao ceremony, sharing/journaling and most importantly just being. All activities are optional.

My intention is to create a safe, nurturing space where you can be your true self. Arriving just as you are and without the need to mask anything. To leave all the 'to do's' behind for just a little while.
