    The Brookhaven Wellness Series is a quarterly rendezvous dedicated to promoting healthy mind, body and soul.

    This Month, we have partnered with local Natural Health Centre, Life Essence, to deliver four workshops focused on cultivating self-care to Feel Fabulous in February. 

    Participate in as many workshops as you wish and enjoy a free coffee at the Brookhaven Bean Café to reflect on what you've learnt. All workshops are delivered free of charge and are targeted to adults.  

    Morning Yoga - Vinyasa Flow | 45min at 7am & 8am
    Energise and detoxify your body with this morning Vinyasa flow, including dynamic movement and breath work to increase circulation and release tension in the body. You will leave feeling refreshed and ready for your day. Perfect for all levels.

    Nurture with nutrition - Love Your Guts | 45min at 8am & 9am
    Come along to this informative and fun workshop where you will learn why the state of your gut is so important to your overall health and wellbeing. You will get some practical tips on how you can improve your microbiome by including fermented foods and how you can make some simple lifestyle changes that greatly improve your gut health

    Stress Relief & Mood Booster with 5-Minute massage | 45min at 8am & 9am
    Bring along your partner or a friend to this interactive workshop where you will learn easy techniques to give an effective 5-minutes shoulder, neck and scalp massage to reduce body stress and improve daily mood. 

    Holistic Wellness and Breathwork | 45min at 8am & 9am
    Join an open discussion on holistic health and learn the importance of breathing with a breathwork masterclass that can be taken anywhere to calm the mind, decrease anxiety and improve mental clarity.
