Councillors Kristyn Glanville, Nick Beaugeard, and Joeline Hackman invite you to this community forum to find out more about the development proposals for Brookvale and understand the planning process to provide feedback.

The Warringah Mall site proposes a new development with 1500 apartments across towers up to 39 storeys. This SSD application was lodged under state planning laws that override Council's local planning rules.

Northern Beaches Council has a separate planning proposal for urban renewal in the broader Brookvale area supported by traffic studies and infrastructure planning, including requiring delivery of affordable housing.

Also find out more about recent changes to planning laws from the State Government which impact local development.

Guests include:

Michael Regan MP Member for Wakehurst, NSW Parliament
Sue Higginson MLC Member of Legislative Council, NSW Parliament
Scentre group representative on behalf of Warringah Mall proposal (to be confirmed)

This event is hosted by the Councillors for Curl Curl Ward on Northern Beaches Council to inform the community, hear feedback, and connect the community.

As the venue has a 200 person capacity we have set up livestream tickets so people don’t miss out, and will email the link before the event.
