November brotherhood circle is fast approaching. We gather once in a month to share, connect, breathe and feel a deeper connection to ourselves.The modalities in the monthly circle we use include: Opening circle, Tai Chi, Quantum meditation, Kundalini yoga, chanting, reiki and sound healing. Each month we unlock deeper layers and connect as brothers to support one another.
The venue will be at Joseph Sargeant Community Centre. 60 Prospect St Erskineville.
Date: Tuesday 12 November 7pm. Arrival time 6:55pm. Cost: $30
No previous experience in any modalities required. Come as you are.
