Hi brothers,I will be facilitating a brotherhood circle Tuesday 9 September 7pm at Joseph Sargeant Community Centre Erskineville.The modalities include:- Qi gong a 10min flow sequence- Opening circle (share what has been happening of late)- Kundalini yoga (a set of exercises to focus on resetting the body)- Breathwork ( a few breathing exercises to let go of stress and create space in the body for new experiences)-Grounding meditation with reiki energy-Sound healingWe meet once in a month to reconnect, share and work on ourselves.Pricing is $35 regular price or $45 for a casual visit.
