We created our Brewer's Bento Box to shine a spotlight on craft beer and it's amazing pairing abilities. We have crafted a three-course menu, using bite-sized dishes of local produce and have paired each dish with a different style of beer. We will guide you through each course and its paired beer style, the flavour characteristics and the guidelines that we used to find the perfect partnership.
