Over a three-course feast-style dinner, Head Chef Phil will turn the spotlight onto our beloved local suppliers and let the food do the talking. We believe that our local farmers, butchers and cheese-makers are some of the best the world has to offer, and this is our opportunity to thank them for all their hard work. While we are running around in the background, the producers will get a chance to relax and join you at the table. They will happily pass on their wisdom and tell the stories of how they create what we believe to be some of the worlds best produce.
