On Wedsnesday 6th May another fabulous Don’t Waste Buildings tour is taking place!
Adam Trevaskus Co-Founder & Director of impact Neighbourhoods will be taking us round this fabulous regeneration project and exemplar in what can be achieved through building re-use to re-activate a community and neighborhood . Adam shares this story of transformation : how a former high school went from $50K annual liability for the local council to a $400K revenue-generating asset over 5 years, without council capital required. The key wasn't just the financial structure - it was applying regenerative development principles to create conditions for emergence rather than imposing a fixed plan.
This promises to be informative, insightful and a great opportunity for us to come together.
