Keynote speaker: Yupin Robson - Co Founder, CEO Edify Medical

Yupin is a graduate of the University of Queensland (UQ) and Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Brisbane, Australia. She holds two Master’s Degrees, one in Business and another in Science. She is clinically trained as a Microbiologist and has a research background in Virology and Cost Effectiveness (VTE). Since 1999 Yupin has worked in the Healthcare industry within global corporations for both Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices. She is an accomplished, analytical and results-oriented professional with an outstanding 20+ year track record of medical sales and marketing experience within the Australian and international markets. A natural people person who is passionate about leadership and culture as a lever for growth. Possessing a strong business acumen, coupled with compelling research skills, resulting in an ability to conceptualise business transformation and growth strategies spanning complex sales and marketing teams across geographies. Beginning in 2020 Yupin has embarked on a new professional challenge by founding a MedTech consultancy firm ‘Obsid’ and co-founding a MedTech ecosystem ‘Edify Medical’. She is also a passionate advocate for women in business and is a member of SheEO and director for SheBacksMe, a business funding vehicle for women/non binary with a difference.

Edify Medical is a private Australian technology company breaking down training barriers. Developing Apps to help scale communication and training by accommodating different learning styles with text, videos and multi-lingual functionality. Enabling users to undertake tailored Continued Professional Development (CPD) and training across different industries. Our communication tools foster inclusion and equality for our multi-cultural society. Creating access to a wider audience across the globe.

Founder Story: Nancy Katsimberis

Nancy Katsimberis is the Management Executive and Co-Founder of Australian Utilities Company, and on the board of the National Customer Code Council for Energy Brokers, Consultants and Retailers. With over 9 years experience in the utilities sector and a passion for sustainability, she has presented at local and international conferences, and is a thought leader in the area of prepaid metering for utilities.

Passionate about heart-centred leadership, collaboration and giving back to her community, Nancy is the President of the Gold Coast Passport Rotary Club and the secretary and fundraising grant writing manager for Serving Our People, one of Australia's fastest growing charities.

Awarded the 2021 Top 100 Women In Construction, the Winner of the Unsung Hero Award for International Women's Day Heart of Women Awards 2022 and the Winner of the Heart of Australia Award for Australia Day 2022. Nancy is also a Reiki Master Teacher, Hypnotherapist and Life Coach.
