Melissa has spent the last 20 years as a business and local government consultant in community based projects, business startups and scaleups in the fields of educational, personal and professional development, online courses, and consumer products.
At the core of all Melissa's business and government projects is a key focus on people and their predictable and consistent reactions and responses. As a qualified Human Behaviour specialist, Melissa integrates behavioural science and energy for holistic healing and wholeness. This approach helps to unpack the core traumas, triggers and inner healing for both the individual and business consciousness itself to allow the true essence to shine. Rather than coaching to "be more", "learn more", "do more", Melissa assists clients to unlearn the conditioning, limiting beliefs and perceived blocks to remember who we really are.
