🌟 Design Your Self-Care Toolkit 🌟

Ready to quiet a racing mind and learn a beautiful, creative skill? Join me for a workshop designed to be your gentle reset button. We combine the mindful focus of brush calligraphy with the sheer joy of simple, charming doodles to create art that supports your mental well-being.

This workshop is perfect for absolute beginners, minimalists, and anyone feeling overwhelmed who needs a fun, authentic creative outlet.

🌻 What Makes This Event Special? 🌻

This is not a traditional art class. It's a practice in creative mindfulness and achievable art:

Mindful Focus: You will learn the foundations of brush calligraphy (light upstrokes, heavy downstrokes). This intentional control is a powerful, instant method for grounding yourself and quieting mental clutter.
Charming Creations: We will master drawing simple, repeatable doodles—friendly florals, tiny moons, and playful swirls—that are easy to do and boost your mood.
Low Pressure: We embrace the mess! The goal is always presence, never perfection.

📔 Your Final Project: Personalised Affirmation Cards 📔

You won't just learn skills; you'll leave with a tangible tool for self-care.

You will letter a set of supportive quotes (choosing from powerful options like "Be Gentle With Yourself" or the fun "I Came, I Saw, I Scribbled"), surrounding them with your unique doodles to create Mini Affirmation Cards. You can take these cards home and place them where you need them most—on your mirror, as a giftable postcard or in your journal—as physical reminders to re-centre and reset during a stressful moment.

🎁 What You Get 🎁
